Dr. Ken Baugh spent 27 years pastoring in the local church and is the author of Unhindered Abundance, a book that equips believers for Christ-formation. Today he leads The Institute for Discipleship Training, coaches pastors and business leaders, and teaches Neuroscience and Trauma at Tabor College. Ken has been married to his wife Susan 39 years and make their home in Nashville.

Mark Eiken has served in ministry for nearly four decades and currently leads as a Campus Pastor at 12 Stone Church. He’s a trusted coach to pastors and leaders across the country, known for his practical wisdom, spiritual depth, and contagious belief in people’s potential. Mark’s passion is simple—to help pastors, leaders, and teams grow healthy and lead with lasting Kingdom impact.
Adam Cruz
Adam Cruz, founder of The Healed Hustle, empowers faith-driven leaders to launch bold ventures and lead sustainable lives. Drawing from 20 years in church planting, tech startups, and design leadership at Intuit and ZeeMee, Adam equips leaders to align their ambition with intention so they can launch and last.
Wallace and Mary Kamau
Wallace and Mary work with a CMF team to minister to thousands of families, witnessing transformation in people and communities throughout Nairobi and surrounding areas.
Mary directs the MOHI schools, CHE projects and the microfinance loan program. Wallace, an accountant and ordained minister in the Outreach Hope Center/Church in Mathare, works through the church to reach the community, nourishing people spiritually in areas where schools are not yet established.
